Winemaker Morgan Lee continues to bring fresh, innovative ideas and winemaking techniques to this boutique Woodinville winery. He allowed the grapes, sourced from Olsen Vineyard in the Yakima Valley, extended maceration to create this artistic and interesting wine.
Nose: A pretty hue of light orange and perfumed aromas of white rose petals, jasmine and candied ginger.
Taste: Elegant with a lacy texture and well-meshed flavors of orange sorbet, floral tea, dried apricot, mango and ground ginger, punctuated by a dry finish.
Recommended pairing: Spicy Thai red curry and nutty cheeses like Gruyère or Swiss.
