Hightower Cellars’ winemakers, Tim and Kelly Hightower, aged this rich red wine in a combination of French oak barrels (75%) and Hungarian oak (25%) using two-thirds estate-grown fruit, with the balance of grapes sourced from neighboring E&E Shaw Vineyard.
