Freddy, Gracie and Romeo of Adams Bench Winery

June 13, 2025

Owners Tim & Erica Blue

Breed: Toy Poodles
Ages: 15, 15 & 4

Duties: Winery therapists, lap warmers, food quality managers, and newsletter consultants
Favorite Treat (or Reward): Watching IU Hoosier Basketball

Romeo is a Hoosier

Freddy and Grace were born into winery life 15 years ago on Red Mountain, bred by Jorja and Fred Artz (Artz Vineyard). Four years ago, they were joined by newcomer Romeo, also known as Romaine. They are Toy Poodles (yes, the same poodles who won Westminster Dog Show in 2024).

The dogs love to join Tim and Erica during IU Hoosier Basketball Season, especially Romeo, who was named after Romeo Langford (drafted 14th overall in the NBA draft, in 2019).

Their suggested wines to taste are:
• Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon “The V”
• Red Willow Vineyard Sangiovese Ursula
• Celilo Vineyard Chardonnay “the GEM”

Guests can visit the tasting room at 13590 NE Village Square Drive, Suite 1040 in Woodinville. 425-408-1969.
