Manson, WA — Diffraction Wine, a sister brand of Cairdeas Winery, has embarked on a new adventure in the heart of Downtown Manson at 50 Wapato Way, Suite B. The new retail space location, open seven days a week from 12-6pm, combines Diffraction wines (a white, Rosé, and red), local beer, ice cream, brats and popcorn, and nostalgic entertainment, promising an unforgettable experience for all ages.
Nestled in the heart of downtown Manson, the new Diffraction Wine space “was designed to celebrate life’s simple pleasures,” says Lacey Lybecker, president and owner of Diffraction and Cairdeas winery. Serving all three of the Diffraction wines, visitors will have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the everyday wines of Diffraction by the makers of Cairdeas.
Guests may also imbibe in beer, root beer, non-alcoholic beer and a selection of sodas. For those with a sweet tooth, Diffraction has an assortment of hand-scooped ice cream flavors, which one can eat in a freshly-made waffle cone or have served in a wine, beer, or root beer float.
Diffraction also features a selection of retro arcade games such as Pac-Man, adding a touch of nostalgia and excitement and inviting guests to relive cherished memories and create new ones.
“We are thrilled to unveil this exciting new concept bringing together our passion for wine with a celebration of life’s simple joys. We are also thrilled to have Charles Imperatori at the helm of this project. He has been with the Cairdeas Crew for four years and is well equipped to run Diffraction.
