Prosser, WA — With this year’s Legends of Washington Wine Gala a week away, details are nearly finalized for the evening. The annual event will honor Mike Hogue, this year’s inductee into the Washington Wine Hall of Fame. The Gala will take place Friday, August 9, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. on the grounds of the Clore Center Vineyard Pavilion in Prosser.
Appetizer offerings will be provided and/or prepared by Anthony’s at Columbia Point, Mojave at Desert Wind Winery, Castle Catering, Tom Douglas Restaurants and Prosser Farm, Snake River Farms, Washington State Potato Commission, and the Washington Grain Commission.
A few of the many auction items that will be available at the event include a ‘Wine by Cougs’ package, which includes WSU football game tickets and many other items; a trip for two to Seattle with dinner and brunch at Tom Douglas Restaurants; an all-inclusive Caveman Red Package by Cave B Inn & Spa; a trip for two to Suncadia Resort including dinner at Swiftwater Cellars Hoist House Restaurant; and a week-long condo rental in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.
