The Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau announced today the release of the 2011 “Great Golf in Washington Wine Country” getaway packages.
Packages partner fifteen Tri-Cities area hotels with four local golf courses to offer visitors numerous choices for weekend getaways at discounted prices. This offer includes 18-holes of golf for two golfers and an overnight guest room for two. Some packages also include breakfast. Visitors simply make their hotel selection at a participating hotel, and the hotel will book and confirm tee times at the guest’s choice of golf course: Canyon Lakes, Columbia Point, Horn Rapids or Sun Willows. Packages are available for as low as $169.
The Tri-Cities is a popular destination for golf, attracting golfers from around the northwest due to favorable weather and the quality of courses available. Many golfers add tours of local wineries to round out their weekend.
