The recent expansion in 2024 into a satellite location in historic downtown Ellensburg marks an exciting new chapter for the winery. The quaint bistro-style setting offers exceptional food pairings crafted by executive chef Holly Brown. “Siren Song wines are meant to be paired with food,” emphasizes Kevin, who oversees the winemaking with grapes sourced from their estate vineyards in Chelan and the Walla Walla Valley. Splurge on the Grand Cru wine flight that consists of three single-vineyard wines, which concludes with the 2019 Cabernet Franc Chantal’s Block paired with a curated selection of delicious chocolates. The grapes are from the winery’s Ancient Stones Vineyard in the Rocks District, with softball-sized cobble stones extending more than 300 feet into the earth that force the vines deep into the terroir to find water. Silky, with multilayered plump raspberry and loam-infused cherry notes that take on refinements of leather, sage, bay leaf and river rock with smooth tannins. $58
