Westport Winery Valentine’s Dinners

FEB 12, 13 & 14 Westport Winery Valentine’s Dinners. Westport Winery has created three four-course Valentine’s Dinners. Guests may select between Sunday, February 12, Monday, February 13, or Tuesday, February 14 at 6:00 p.m. for a celebration with their sweetheart. The first course features a bay shrimp cocktail parfait along with the winery’s signature oat rolls. The second course is a Caesar salad with brown butter croutons on seasonal greens topped with a parmesan tuiles.  For their entrée, guests may choose between the winery’s stuffed prawns, topped with local Dungeness crab and Tillamook smoked white cheddar with black pepper or their unique beef Washington under a puff pastry dome with caramelized onions. Both entrees will be accompanied by garlic rosemary mashed potatoes and sesame seared vegetables. (Guests need to make the choice between entrees at the time of reservation.) As is befitting Valentine’s Day the final course is all about decadence as each couple is offered a sampler plate from the winery’s bakery that includes their white Riesling cake, chocolate stout cake, lemon cake, and trail mix carrot cake. Guests can end this special evening at the winery with coffee or tea.
