Mentorship and sustainability. As the leader of an all-female winemaking team, I take pride in creating opportunities for women to grow within this industry, whether you’re a full-time employee or harvest intern. To me, mentorship is not just sharing technical skills but also empowering my team to collaborate, think innovatively, explore winemaking through safe fails and trials, and step into their own leadership roles. Sustainability is also at the core of our practices, ensuring that we not only craft exceptional wines but do so responsibly. By focusing on mentorship and sustainability, we elevate both the wine we produce, and the people behind them.
