What I Like Most About Washington Wine:
I love the varietals and flavors you get from the different AVA’s. I also love that you can put varieties together, willingly or by accident that typically don’t go together and they come out with a crazy amazing flavor… SofaKing Tragic….. say it fast. A Malbec and Cab Franc blend by accident that everyone loves. The ability to experiment with new and old styles and varietals.
