Iron Vintners Challenge

Iron Vintners Challenge at the Fireside Cellars room at Willows Lodge. A series of cooking competitions where guests can watch as local winemakers battle in the 2010 Iron Vintners Challenge.  The month-long competition concludes with a special four course Championship Dinner at Barking Frog prepared by Executive Chef Bobby Moore.  Preliminary Round 1: Mark McNeilly of Mark Ryan Winery versus Brennon Leighton of EFESTE. Preliminary Round 2: Tim Stevens of Steven Winery versus Darby English of Darby Winery.  Finals are the Winner of Round 1 versus Winner of Round 2. Each competition costs $25 per person, includes one glass of “sommelier’s choice” wine.  www.willowslodge.com
